The best way to report bugs or request features is through GitHub Issues.
It does require a (free) GitHub account, but having a ticket open helps me track the issue better.
Questions and general support is encouraged to be done on REAPER Toolkit's thread on REAPER's forum. If you have a question there's a good chance others will share it, and a public discussion can benefit everyone.
